Robin Terms of Service
Last updated August 30, 2026.
Service
Robin provides Google-native executive orchestration, autonomous work execution, contextualized task delivery, and isolated tenant infrastructure.
Authorization and customer controls
You must authorize only Google accounts, Drive scopes, meetings, recipients, projects, and billing resources you are permitted to use. You control Robin through the authenticated executive interface and may revoke authorization or request deprovisioning.
Tenant-owned billing and isolation
Each tenant uses its own selected Google Cloud billing account and isolated Google Cloud project. Usage and charges in that project belong to that tenant and do not affect another tenant's billing, configuration, memory, tools, or execution.
Work and review
Robin is designed to verify autonomous work and identify remaining human work, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions where your organization requires human approval.
Availability and changes
The service may change as its capabilities evolve. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or outcomes beyond the capabilities presented in the product.
